The prices listed are based on a one-time use licence for a specific property listing (rental or sale,) please see our full usage licence & terms for details. If you would prefer to have a permeant usage licence, or would like to use our media on more than one property/unit, please contact us directly for pricing.
All prices are posted exclusive of 5% GST & 7% PST which will be added to the final invoice price where applicable.

Travel Charges
The below map shows Focal Points regular and expanded services areas. Expanded service areas are subject to a travel charge as specified below. The below charges apply only to Focal Point provided services, contract services providers, may have different core service areas and travel charges which will be quoted upon booking and applied to your final invoice separately. If you would like to book for a location not covered by the below areas, please contact us directly for a custom quote.
Statutory Holiday Charges
Focal Point will accept bookings on most major holidays.
A $75 dollar charge applies to each member of our staff who are booked on the following Holidays: Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, BC Day, Labour Day, The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Thanksgiving Sunday, Thanksgiving Monday, and Remembrance Day.
We are closed, and unable to accept bookings on December 24th - December 26th, and December 31st - January 1st.
